Become an Apprentice

Before you apply:
  • Are you at least 18 years of age?
  • Are you a U.S. Citizen or legal immigrant?
  • Are you located in Cincinnati or Minneapolis / St. Paul — the first of our target locations?
  • Can you demonstrate financial need?
  • Are you a high school graduate or have a GED?
  • Do you have access to a computer with Internet connection?
  • Are you able to commit to an unpaid eight-week training, Monday-Friday from 8 a.m. to 5 p.m., beginning October 5, 2012?
  • Are you able to commit to a six-month full time paid apprenticeship with an employer?

    Applications for Fall/Winter Session will be accepted May 1 - September 1, 2012.

    Applicants will be contacted beginning July 1, 2012 regarding their applications and interest in the program. Please note training begins on October 15, 2012. If you are unsure if you will be able to commit to a full-time training program for 8 weeks, we suggest you wait to complete the application.
