Our Five-Year Plan

Beginning with the goal of beta testing our training-to-careers model in three cities in 2011 and 2012, our aim is to expand our services across the U.S. and eventually other parts of the world by creating a scalable, repeatable and sustainable process based on best practices and metrics of success.

We want to serve thousands of individuals each year in their search for a lasting career in IT. Along the way, we will be supporting not only our own core program but also those of several non-profit partners who are doing great work in building an IT workforce for the future.

At the end of the day, we will not be satisfied until we have had a significant impact on poverty, homelessness, and other social ills caused by a shortage of family-sustaining employment.
